Quality assurance has always been a top-level priority at DAISAN. Over the years we have been quick to adopt the most advanced equipment and techniques in order to always achieve the finest results.

Currently, all our printers are equipped with fully automated vertical and horizontal alignment devices to compensate for print misalignment due to film expansion or contraction. Our cylinder-making chambers are fully climate controlled to virtually eliminate temperature and humidity fluctuations which might otherwise adversely affect cell formation. We have even installed a shoe-cleaning appliance at the entrance of each factory to minimize outside dust contamination and ensure a higher level of hygiene within.

Nevertheless, at DAISAN we are aware that our pursuit of quality cannot depend on technology alone. Our experience has taught us that the highest standards for quality are achieved from establishing an exacting protocol and strictly adhering to it. That is why at DAISAN quality control is an integrated process conducted throughout all phases of production. A professional development program is in place for personnel at all levels of the company, through which everyone is kept abreast of procedures as they are adopted or modified to suit changing requirements.
