Daisan possesses a range of gravure printing machines which are unique in the industry having a reverse printing unit, corona treatment equipment and so on. The maximum number of the colors we can print is 8 on 500mm to 1450mm width of webs. All machines are equipped with a CCD camera for checking print defects to ensure consistent print quality. Recently, thanks to recent research and development, we can now print on very thin (4.5 micron) film.
